PCI Testifies on Auto Affordability Issues and Rating Factorsm
PCI testified on March 2 before the Maryland Uninsured/ Underinsured Motorist Task Force regarding affordability issues and rating factors considered in automobile insurance policies. Senate Bill 749, a proposal to prohibit education and occupation factors from being considered in rating plans for private passenger automobile insurance, is being contemplated by the Maryland Senate.
