PCI Hosts National Journal Financial Services Event
On March 10, 2010, PCI co-hosted the National Journal's Inside the Issue: Financial Services event in Washington D.C. The event featured a discussion on the state of financial services regulation, moderated by Atlantic Media Political Director Ronald Brownstein. Speaking at the event were Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) and Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA).
Aligned with PCI's on-going efforts to demonstrate the strength and stability of home, auto and business insurers, PCI also placed advocacy advertising in key Capitol news publications. The advocacy ad, Regulate Risk, Not Reliability, discusses systemic risk regulation and the existing, strong consumer protections that guide property casualty insurance.
