PCI Testifies in Nevada to Close TNC Insurance Gaps  
PCI testified on April 22 before the Nevada Assembly Commerce and Labor Committee in support of legislation requiring adequate insurance coverage for transportation network company (TNC) drivers. SB 440 is based on the national insurance compromise model legislation agreed upon between the insurance industry and rideshare companies.
